The new US energy bill is to be signed by Bush in New Mexico. The ABQ Journal didn't have many details on the energy bill. However it did say that Daylight Saving Time is to be extended by one month. Just to screw with our inner clocks some more.

From what I have read, Daylight Savings reduces energy use by 1% everyday. So by extending it, they are hoping to reduce energy use by that much more.
